As a water-based company we actively support and update our services to maximise water-wise outcomes. By working with government bodies, suppliers and contractors we have a comprehensive Construction Management Plan (CEMP) and Environmental Management System’s (EMS) that minimises our impact on the environment of Uganda

We acknowledge that our operations have health and safety risks that pose a risk to our employees, contractors and our communities. Safety is our greatest and foremost priority in every business activity and we actively reduce the potential for risks to occur.
By working with our employees to instil a culture of safety and duty of care for ourselves and others, we prevent risks from escalating out of control.
Over the years our adherence to strong internal Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Management Systems has mitigated risks to our people and our communities. Our OHS Management Systems include:
