Solution
Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development, Petroleum Supply Department faces a challenge of using a browser-based National Petroleum Information System that is inhouse and no longer operates effectively. The reason for the low usage is due to the complex functions defined in the processes that make the electronic processes more complicated to maneuver.
Design a secure & scalable web-based system - capture, analyse and report on downstream petroleum activities.
Incorporate and create login interface onto the Ministry’s web portal - enable authentication.
Incorporate Oil Marketing Company (OMC) to the system.
Provide for GIS services for OMCs within the system.
To enable signing and printing of licenses so created.
Provide training and capacity building.

Develop a client facing interface for applications, downstream petroleum information entry and client profiles.
Enable signing and printing licenses.
Provide for GIS and M&E functionalities for OMCs within the system.
Integrate with legacy systems such as URA TIN and payment modules.
